Information we may collect
When you use this website, Bellanto Cyber Solutions may receive information you choose to provide through the Request a Demo or Talk to an Expert workflows. Depending on the route you use, this can include your name, business email address, company or organisation, role or job title, optional phone number, service of interest, enquiry message, preferred contact method, optional preferred contact time, the website page from which the enquiry was initiated, and limited referral context. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, security keys, highly sensitive cybersecurity information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through website forms.
Technical information may also be generated when you visit the site, such as browser, device, network and website-usage information. This may be processed through normal website hosting, security, analytics or performance services.
How information may be used
- To respond to enquiries and communicate about requested services.
- To understand the nature of a prospective client requirement.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.
- To detect abuse, spam, security events or technical problems.
- To meet applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
Contact forms and communications
Request a Demo and Talk to an Expert submissions are configured to be delivered to info@bellantocybersolutions.com. The forms use the visitor’s business email address as the reply-to address so BCS can respond to the enquiry. A limited server-side record of form submissions may also be retained within the WordPress administration environment for business continuity and enquiry handling. Information submitted should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the enquiry.
Session storage, cookies and analytics
The Talk to an Expert experience uses browser session storage to retain non-sensitive consultation choices, such as the selected BCS service or route, during the active browsing session. It does not intentionally store names, email addresses or enquiry messages in that session state. Google Site Kit is connected to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights. Google Analytics is used to measure website interactions and conversion events such as opening the consultation interface, selecting a service, starting or submitting a form, clicking a service CTA, and using the business email link. BCS does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company enquiry content, passwords, credentials or other sensitive enquiry information to Google Analytics.
Website technology and service providers
The website is operated on WordPress and uses Contact Form 7 for enquiry processing, Flamingo for administrative submission records, an anti-spam honeypot control, WP Mail SMTP for authenticated email-delivery configuration, and Google Site Kit for authorised connections to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and PageSpeed Insights. Hosting and website service providers may process information where necessary to operate, secure, measure and maintain the site. Google Tag Manager is not currently deployed.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business administration, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the context of the interaction.
Security
Bellanto applies reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect website information. Website forms use server-side validation, field-length limits, anti-spam honeypot controls and HTTPS transport, and file uploads are not enabled for these enquiry workflows. No internet transmission or storage environment can be represented as completely risk-free, and visitors should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information through website forms.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law applicable to your circumstances, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other handling of your personal information. Requests can be directed to Bellanto using the contact details below. Identity or other verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
International processing
Website infrastructure or service providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable, Bellanto will seek to use appropriate contractual, technical or organisational safeguards for such processing.
